How It Works
1. Download the MP3
MP3 versions of the tracks available on this website can be downloaded at no charge and used in video and creative projects.
Please note that some or all tracks are registered with YouTube Content ID.
If you use the MP3 version in a YouTube video, a Content ID claim may appear.
2. Content ID Claims
A Content ID claim is not a copyright strike.
It does not normally affect the status of your YouTube channel or prevent your video from remaining online.
If you do not need to monetize the video, you may leave the Content ID claim in place. Advertising revenue generated through the claim may be collected by the copyright owner.
3. Purchase a License
If you want to monetize your video, use the music under a commercial license, or have the Content ID claim released, you can purchase a license directly from this website.
After purchasing a license, you will receive:
- High-quality WAV master file
- Personalized License Certificate
- Unique License ID
- Permission to use the track according to the terms of the purchased license
- The right to request release of a valid YouTube Content ID claim for the licensed project
The license is issued to the individual or company that purchased it and applies according to the terms stated in the License Certificate.
YouTube Content ID
Zakhar Valaha Music is protected through YouTube Content ID.
Content ID helps identify uses of copyrighted music across YouTube and allows the copyright owner to manage and monetize those uses.
If you have purchased a valid license, follow the Content ID claim-release instructions provided with your license.
Once your license has been verified, the applicable Content ID claim can be released.
Usage Restrictions
Unless specifically permitted by your purchased license, the music may not be:

- Uploaded to music libraries or stock music platforms
- Registered in your own Content ID system
- Distributed through Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music or other music streaming services
- Submitted to Meta Audio Library or similar music databases
- Claimed or represented as your own musical composition
- Included in another music release or song without separate written permission
